June 15, 2012 – Entry submission deadline using the online entry form

June 19, 2012 – Judging process begins

June 29, 2012 – Finalists announced

July 16, 2012 – Funeral directors begin voting online

September 14, 2012 – Voting closed

October 8, 2012 – Finalists recognized and winner announced during the Opening General Session at the NFDA International Convention & Expo in Charlotte
